Having a turn-key package greatly reduces the stress of organizing every detail of your investment property. These details can include such things as:

  • Curtains and Blinds
  • Floor Coverings, such as Carpets and Rugs
  • Clothes Hoists
  • Letterboxes
  • Even Furniture, if required

With a residential investment, this is normally looked after by the Builder / Developer of the Building.

The Client is still involved in the decision making process and is still able to make changes and adjustments through the Building Project, as required.

Whilst the Client doesn’t have to be involved in the Design and Construction Process, they can also be involved in the choice of finishes and colour schemes and have the ability to select their personal preferences.
